Recently, WRLEADING GROUP AS was invited to participate in the Climate Lighthouse Forum, jointly supported by the Royal Norwegian Consulate General in Shanghai, Innovation Norway, the Norwegian Business Association and Climate Lighthouse, where the company delivered a thematic presentation and shared its case study on digital ESG practices.

During the forum, WRLEADING systematically introduced how the company has built a low-cost, actionable and traceable ESG governance model based on the characteristics of a medium-sized enterprise. Built on a digital platform, the project integrates employees’ daily low-carbon actions, supplier ESG evaluation, internal incentive mechanisms and data-based analysis, turning ESG from a broad concept into a recordable, measurable and continuously improvable management practice.

In its presentation, WRLEADING highlighted its phased achievements in green office practices, employee engagement, supplier collaboration, process optimization and AI-assisted analysis, demonstrating that medium-sized enterprises can also take part in green transformation and fulfill social responsibility through small, sustained and systematic actions. With this digital and behavior-driven ESG practice, WRLEADING was also recognized with the Climate Lighthouse Outstanding Innovation Case Award during the event.
