Today, WRLEADING GROUP AS was invited to attend the award ceremony of the Climate Lighthouse Project during Shanghai Climate Week, where the company was recognized with the Climate Lighthouse Advanced Award of Innovation.

This recognition acknowledges WRLEADING’s continuous exploration in digital ESG governance, supply chain collaboration, and low-carbon practices. As a Norway-rooted company serving the global maritime safety industry, WRLEADING has consistently focused on transforming sustainability from a strategic concept into a daily management mechanism that is executable, traceable, and measurable.

In practice, WRLEADING has built its ESG approach on a digital system, covering scenarios such as employee-led participation, supplier ESG assessment, office resource conservation, behavioural data recording, and AI-assisted analysis. Through these efforts, the company has gradually developed an ESG governance model that is more suitable for implementation by SMEs. This model does not rely on high-cost infrastructure investment; instead, it embeds green actions into corporate operations through sustained participation, data accumulation, and process optimization.
